Some rooms in the main villa have been transformed into comfortable bedrooms ready to satisfy every customer’s need. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and linen.

The building is surrounded by a lawn dotted with cypresses, holm-oars, limes and olive trees, typical of the Umbrian landscape. Its appeanance varies from season to season thanks to different species of flowers. There is also a little garden with fruit trees and seasonal vegetables for all lovers of the genre.
A small barbecue area for summer evenings in the garden is in preparation. Many guests love, especially in summer, to have breakfast in the garden at the shade of the large trees.

Inside the room there is a little library where guests can find maps and guides for visiting Umbria, its villages and its natural beauties. The room is perfect to serve breakfast to couples or to singles.

The large living room of 25 sqm (square meters) can accommodate groups for reunions or special events.
The room has a large table and it is furnished in the typical style of an Umbrian manor house. It is perfect for serving breakfast especially to groups of friends or big families.

The porch, equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, is the ideal place to relay and enjoy the view of the garden. A small equipped corner allows guests to prepare coffee, tea or herbal teas in complete autonomy.
